In 30 years, our family business has established itself as the regional expert for the renovation of natural stone floors. We have been grinding, polishing and crystallizing even the most demanding surfaces since 1991.

From a business idea to an established company
The starting signal for natural stone renovation Mallorca was a cooperation for the development of floor grinding machines. Company founder Arno Mudersbach, as a trained stonemason, had noticed an increased demand for stone floor renovations – especially in the private sector. Most companies and their machines were designed for large commercial areas. Private households found it difficult to find a suitable service provider to cover their needs. Arno Mudersbach has worked together to fill this gap in the market with more manoeuvrable and compact new devices.
With the newly developed machines, it was possible to process even smaller surfaces such as floors in private bathrooms, hallways, living rooms and the like quickly, dust-free and flawlessly. This is how Natursteinsanierung Mudersbach was founded in 1991.
What started as a technological idea quickly developed into a service focus. Comprehensive expertise and technical sensitivity were required for the correct use of the equipment. More and more customers took advantage of Arno Mudersbach’s expertise, recommended him to others and the customer base grew steadily.
From the very beginning, the company’s philosophy was geared towards individual solutions – working “off the shelf” was out of the question. Even then, customers appreciated the special advice that we maintain to this day.
What distinguishes us?
In the first step, we look at the floor on site without obligation and free of charge. What type of stone is it? How much space needs to be renovated? Which method is best? On the basis of this assessment, a plan for the refurbishment is drawn up, which is precisely tailored to the customer’s requirements. Transparent cost calculations and fixed adherence to deadlines are a matter of course for us.
In addition to technical skills, the further development of our machines has always remained a major focus in the company. To this day, we continuously invest in state-of-the-art equipment to deliver the best possible result.

Second-generation family business
Stefan Mudersbach grew up in his father’s company. Even as a child, he pitched in and experienced the business first-hand. Since 2017, he has been the owner of Natursteinsanierung Mudersbach.
The generational change brings innovations. The digital world is also a step in this direction. For example, customers can now submit pictures of their floor in advance using a form or contact us on Instagram .
Of course, the experience gained does not fade into the background. The combination of many years of expertise and technological progress carries the company into its next phase. We are constantly evolving, optimising workflows and investing in the future.
Our team, which now has seven members, focuses on reliability and long-term cooperation. We work in a family environment where everyone can rely on each other. And we always like to celebrate professional and private milestones together! Over the years, we have been able to save many severely damaged floors and prevent new installations. Historic buildings, cherished living spaces or much-used event spaces shine in new splendour.
